We are looking for an Assistant Store Managerat our Bower Mall Red DeerRetail Salon!

What Youll Do:

• Support daily retail and salon operations to ensure a smooth welcoming experience
• Lead by example coaching and motivating team members to achieve sales and service goals
• Build strong relationships with customers creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences
• Assist with scheduling payroll inventory management and customerappointment bookings
• Maintain a clean well-stocked and beautifully merchandised salon that meets Chatters standards
• Share product knowledge and support training onboarding and development of team members
• Step in as a leader when needed solving problems and making decisions that positively impact customersand the team

• At least 1 year of retail leadership experience
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customerexperiences
• Strong communication organization and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable accountable and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfort using POS systems and basic computer programs
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
