As Assistant Store Manager youll support store operations lead the team on the floor and help drive performance safety service and results. Youll work closely with the Store Manager to keep things running smoothly while building a strong motivated team. Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations ensuring safety service quality and efficiency
• Lead and coach team members including training scheduling and performance support
• Set expectations on the floor and reinforce safe consistent work practices
• Assist with hiring onboarding and developing team members
• Manage inventory cash handling and basic financial reporting
• Support execution of store plans targets and operational priorities
• Step in at the front counter as needed to support customer service
• Handle issues on the go using sound judgment and a practical approach

Requirements

• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail or service environment preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach support and hold people accountable
• Comfortable balancing hands-on work with team leadership
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with both team and customers
• Organized and able to manage competing priorities
• Valid drivers license
• Able to lift 3050 lbs as part of regular duties
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
