Job Summary
Project Management & Execution
- Lead assigned tasks across design procurement construction furniture installation and IT coordination.
- Support development of initial project budgets and schedules and help maintain them by identifying risks and proposing solutions.
- Coordinate contracts MSAs change orders invoices and vendor documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with project closeout including documentation lessonslearned workshops and final reporting.
- Attend and support project meetings (design reviews contractor/consultant coordination client meetings) and ensure followthrough on action items.
- Support bidding and procurement processes including solicitation of quotations vendor recommendations and consultant/contractor appointments.
- Liaise with consultants and vendors to process payments track commitments and maintain accurate financial records.
Project Controls Reporting & Systems Management
- Update project status schedules budgets and milestones in owner systems.
- Preparation of various reports for multiple audiences including formal project management reports executive dashboards and other reporting requirements.Â
- Reconcile cash flow against monthly costtracking reports.
- Initiate and track vendor POs change orders and related approvals.
- Monitor contract and changeorder progress from submission through final approval.
Documentation Compliance & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate and timely records databases spreadsheets and project documentation as applicable in owner systems.
- Support the creation of RFPs procurement strategies Project Execution plan case studies and other project materials.
- Prepare and distribute reports summaries and communications
- Identify opportunities to improve processes workflows and documentation practices
- Assist with establishing effective project governance processes and systems to be utilized throughout project.Â
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role which are to be adhered to where applicable.Â
Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain effective recordkeeping and communication of project outputs to all stakeholders.
- Transcribe meeting minutes track action items and drive followup to closure.
- Collaborate regularly with internal teams consultants contractors and client stakeholders.
Team Support & CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Assist with both generalist and technical tasks as they arise across the project.
- Work collaboratively with internal colleagues and client teams to support project delivery.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in aProject Coordination or administrative role within the construction industry supporting real estate and construction projects
- Corporate Interiors and Tenant Improvement experience is a plus.Â
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proven ability to identify address and communicate project issues proactively and clearly to all stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related field.
- PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and MS Project.
- Strong aptitude for numbers technology and webbased data platforms.
- Experience with document management workflows activity tracking systems and visual reporting tools.
- Confident and comfortable in clientfacing roles.

The base salary range for this full-time role is $70000.00 - $75000.00Â per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidates experience and qualifications.
