Whatyoulldo

• Lead end-to-end budgeting forecasting and financial planning across product lines and business units.

• Oversee financial modeling scenario analysis and performance tracking to support decision-making.

• Analyze financial and operational performanceidentifytrends and variances and recommend solutions.

• Partner with leaders across BCAA toprovidefinancial insight business case support and strategic guidance.

• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Continuously improve financial models reporting processes and tools.

• Lead and develop a team of Financial Analysts.

What you bring

• Bachelors degree in business commerce economics or a related field.

• 6 years of experience in financial analysisand reporting in a complex and dynamic environment.

• Prior experience leading or mentoring team members.

• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Strong communicationskills with the ability to present complex information to non-finance stakeholders.

• Experience with budgeting forecasting and business case development.

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (experience with tools likeWorkday Adaptive Planning andPower BIis an asset).

• CPA or CFA designation (or equivalent education/professional accounting designation MBA CA CGA or CMA).

The salary range for this position is $80000.00to$117000.00and isdeterminedviajob-related knowledge skills experience certifications marketdemandand internal equity.

Please note that this is a temporary contract who are notlocatedwithin commuting distance of our Head Office or are not looking torelocateto the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will not be considered.
