Oversee financial modeling scenario analysis and performance tracking to support decision-making.

Partner with leaders across BCAA toprovidefinancial insight business case support and strategic guidance.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Continuously improve financial models reporting processes and tools.
Lead and develop a team of Financial Analysts.
What you bring
Bachelors degree in business commerce economics or a related field.
6 years of experience in financial analysisand reporting in a complex and dynamic environment.
Prior experience leading or mentoring team members.
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
Strong communicationskills with the ability to present complex information to non-finance stakeholders.
Experience with budgeting forecasting and business case development.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (experience with tools likeWorkday Adaptive Planning andPower BIis an asset).
CPA or CFA designation (or equivalent education/professional accounting designation MBA CA CGA or CMA).
The salary range for this position is $80000.00to$117000.00and isdeterminedviajob-related knowledge skills experience certifications marketdemandand internal equity.
Please note that this is a temporary contract who are notlocatedwithin commuting distance of our Head Office or are not looking torelocateto the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will not be considered.
