Essential Job Functions

  1. Support and help implement the Head Coachs vision for the Swim & Divingprogram.
  2. Provide positive leadership for all levels of Swim & Diving.
  3. Communicate with all stake holders of program.
  4. Teach life and sport specific skills that will lead to individual and team success
  5. Commitment to all around success of Waterloo West / Waterloo United.
