- Ensure compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations and legislative requirements
- Promote professionalism ethical business practices and a strong work ethic
- Support efficient pharmacy operations including staff productivity training and payroll management
- Lead resource planning performance standards and development initiatives
- Communicate and execute company policies programs and directives
- Maintain strong inventory control and operational accuracy
- Contribute to business development and help grow pharmacy sales and profitability
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced patient-first environment
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- 23 years of pharmacy experience
- Proven supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of motivation resourcefulness and organizational discipline
- Strong business acumen and customer service mindset
