We are currently seeking a skilled individual who enjoys working with their hands to join our Production team in the role of Assembly Technician. As the Assembly Technician you are responsible for assembling and installing steel and aluminum parts to create a complete product; ensure that they meet our quality standards and prepare them for shipping.
Position:Assembly Technician Location:Winnipeg MB - 2168 Springfield Road Job Type:Full-Time Permanent Day Shift Starting Wage:$17.50 per hour

Read and interpret detailed assembly instructions drawings and specifications
Assemble components and sub-assemblies accurately and efficiently
Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process
Test and troubleshoot assembled products to identify and resolve any issues or defects
Follow established quality control processes and procedures
Complete production records quality reports and other required documentation accurately
Strictly adhere to safety protocols regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
Experience with hand tools such as drills wrenches multi metre etc.
Mechanically inclined with general labourer experience
Able to work in fast-paced shop environment
Basic computer skills/knowledge
Ability to work alone with little to no supervision
Ability to stand bend and kneel for long periods of time and able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must own safety boots
Reliable transportation as HERD is not accessible via public transportation routes
Day Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
