We are looking for an Assembler to join our team in a full-time permanent position. Youwill work on the assembly of subsystems or equipment components directly on the production lines. You may also work on other tasks such as packaging devices or preparing service kits.
- Perform assembly tasks according to the production schedule and required quantities;
- Assemble all equipment components (doors pumps tanks cabinets plumbing pneumatic systems) and make the necessary adjustments in accordance with equipment specifications;
- Perform surface finish inspections using the appropriate measuring equipment;
- For those working in the packaging cell: disassemble equipment into subcomponents and carry out the tasks required to build shipping crates (cutting wood assembling crates applying labels/stickers etc.);
- Identify issues with parts or the assembly process and promptly notify the supervisor;
- Participate in problem analysis and resolution;
- Perform basic maintenance on assembly tools;
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects;
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma (Secondary V) or equivalent;
- Two (2) or more years of experience in mechanical assembly;
- Ability to read and understand assembly drawings;
- Ability to use hand tools;
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Hourly wage between $19/hour and $24/hour based on recognized relevant experience;

This position requires knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties involved including regular communications outside the province of Quebec training email communications and frequent meetings and interactions with English-only employees.
