Apprentice Pipefitter or Plumbers
Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd. is seeking Apprentice Pipefitters or Plumbers for projects in the Durham and GTA east areas. This is a great opportunity to work on a significant infrastructure project with one of Canadas Best Managed Companies and be part of a dynamic industry-leading team!
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
We are looking for construction tradespersons who have experience with:
- Registered Apprentice (1st to 5th year)
- Hydrotesting
- Preferable Telehandler ticket
- Knowledge of Bolt Up Fastening of Steel and Steel Members
- Reading & interpreting interferences from all drawings
- Experience with Process Piping & Equipment Install
- Experience with compressed air piping and process hot/cold water piping systems.
- Establishing control points with accuracy
- Experience with PVC/HDPE and stainless-steel piping
- Able to install various types of mechanical equipment and architectural hardware.
- Able to transfer levels over large distances with accuracy.
- Rigging and installing equipment
- Mechanical bolt-up
- Experience with industrial and/or commercial construction is an asset.
- Knowledge of water treatment and/or wastewater treatment facility construction an asset
- Valid Zoom Boom Ticket is considered an asset.
