Description / Responsibilities / Skills

Must Have

• Experience leading technical teams across full project lifecycle (analysis design implementation)
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 suite including Fluid and Classic Plus UI
• Strong experience designing and delivering PeopleSoft HCM technical solutions
• Experience working with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies

Description

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and expertise in IT architecture across business application technology and security domains
• Lead planning design and implementation of architecture solutions for complex multi-year I&IT initiatives
• Develop architecture policies standards guidelines and best practices
• Provide specialized PeopleSoft HCM technical expertise for system design and implementation
• Analyze issues provide recommendations and lead resolution activities
• Identify opportunities to improve PeopleSoft modules and system performance
• Coordinate technical design and delivery across project teams
• Support architecture governance and compliance with OPS standards
• Lead integration of PeopleSoft solutions across multi-ministry systems
