Skills: Digital : Appian BPM - Business Process Management(BPM) Experience Required: 6-8 Years

Role Descriptions:

Supports stability and reliability of production systems by assisting with fixes participating in root cause analysis and validating resolutions under guidance.

Assists in troubleshooting and resolving production issues (L1/L2) escalating complex problems as needed to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.

Monitors applications and alerts identifies basic anomalies and supports implementation of preventive measures.

Contributes to problem management by documenting recurring issues and assisting in root cause analysis and fixes.

Supports system performance and stability by implementing minor enhancements and fixes under supervision.

Assists with change and release activities to ensure smooth and low-risk deployments.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support issue resolution and maintain service continuity.

Maintains and updates runbooks documentation and knowledge articles to support operational efficiency.

Supports automation initiatives by assisting in identifying repetitive tasks and developing simple scripts or solutions.

Learns and applies support best practices adheres to security and governance standards and provides updates on assigned tasks and issues to senior team members.
