Responsibilities
- duties include full scope of practice as an anesthesiologist providing care to patients within the eastern zone and participating in call
- the physician will be responsible to the Zone Department Head of Anesthesia for their professional responsibilities and quality of practice
- Operate within the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of Nova Scotia Health Authority.
- Participate in quality improvement and evaluation activities.

- Permanent Full-Time
- Call 1:4
Remuneration
- Estimated CAD $390-425000 annual

Qualifications :
- All applicants must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS).
- All specialists must be eligible for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada(RCPSC)
- Coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) or proof of alternative coverage.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support(BCLS)
