This position is an Analyst Valuation & Advisory Services role based out of our Fredericton New Brunswick office. This is not a remote position.
About You
You are an aspiring appraisal professional looking to learn from the best and build a successful career in commercial real estate valuation. You enjoy analyzing data conducting market research and seeing projects through from start to finish.
You are an enterprising enthusiastic and collaborative team player committed to accelerating your career by contributing to a variety of challenging and rewarding assignments. You are eager to learn directly from experienced professionals and produce high-quality work that helps clients make informed decisions. You are ready to develop the skills necessary to become a future leader in the industry.
In This Role You Will:
Apply strong organizational and analytical skills to conduct assessments tax searches and surveys.
Collect organize and analyze market and property data.
Support the appraisal process by collaborating with internal teams and departments to obtain critical information.
Conduct thorough market research and engage with market participants to gather and validate information.
What Youll Bring:
A commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser and progressing toward your AACI designation.
A minimum of three years of experience in real estate valuation.
An undergraduate degree.
A strong interest in all aspects of commercial real estate.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Argus is considered an asset.

Annual salary range: $50000 - $55000
Our compensation ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
