What Youll Do:
- Melt and pour aluminum into molds.
- Operate furnaces tilt-pour systems and casting equipment.
- Safely flux skim and ladle molten aluminum.
- Inspect trim cut and finish aluminum castings.
- Follow detailed work instructions while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Every day youll work with molten aluminum precision equipment and modern manufacturing processes to produce components used in heavy equipment transportation agriculture and industrial applications across North America.
What Were Looking For:
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable dependable and able to work well in a team environment.
- Good English communication skills.
- Manufacturing foundry welding or machine operation experience is an assetbut we provide full training.
- High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
