Are you interested in energy markets commodity trading analytics and supply chain optimization AltaGas is looking for an NGL Supply & Marketing Intern to support our Supply & Marketing team for a four-month internship.

Working alongside experienced professionals across both the Supply and Marketing teams youll gain exposure to the North American propane and butane business while supporting analytical projects that drive commercial performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the supply and sales sides of the business helping analyze data track business performance and support decision-making across multiple markets and customer segments.

As an NGL Supply & Marketing Intern you will:

• Support asset optimization inventory management and allocation activities across the business.
• Assist with supply position tracking reporting and analysis to support commercial decision-making.
• Help schedule track and report LPG and NGL nominations.
• Analyze customer contracts volumetric performance and key business metrics.
• Support margin enhancement and netback optimization initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments impacting propane butane natural gas and crude oil markets.
• Collaborate with both the Supply and Marketing teams to provide insights reporting and analytical support for ongoing business activities.

• Currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of an undergraduate degree program in Business Commerce Economics Finance Statistics Supply Chain Management Engineering Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in energy markets commercial operations and commodity marketing.

• Exposure to the North American propane and butane business.
• Experience supporting both supply and marketing functions within a commercial energy organization.
• Hands-on experience applying analytical skills to real-world business challenges.
