The AI Transformation Analyst will support the identification assessment and development of AI-enabled business transformation opportunities across Commercial Banking Lending Credit Risk Banker Experience Workflow and Portfolio Monitoring initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with transformation innovation business and technology leaders to evaluate business challenges analyze processes research emerging AI capabilities support business case development and contribute to future-state strategy initiatives.

Undergraduate degree completed within the last 23 years in:

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
