Position: AI Platform Engineer (Full Stack)
Location:Hybrid 3x per week in office (Oakville)
Structure: FTE Permanent
Pay:$170000-$200000 Bonus Benefits

AI Platform Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build and improve internal AI agent workflows for code generation and feature delivery

• Design safe and reliable autonomous execution systems

• Improve validation observability retries and execution reliability

• Build secure workflows around AI-generated code and PR automation

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to make the platform usable and scalable

• Help architect the long-term AI infrastructure behind the product

Top Must Haves:

Senior role candidates with 8 years of experience after graduation

• Strong Python/backend engineering experience

• Experience with AI agent workflows code generation systems or AI-assisted developer tools

• Strong system design/infrastructure/platform engineering background

• Experience with CI/CD Git workflows validation pipelines and production reliability

• Experience with LangGraph LangChain OpenAI APIs or similar orchestration tools

Nice to Have:

• Experience building developer copilots or autonomous execution systems

• Fintech or high-security environment experience

• Experience with sandboxing/containerized execution systems

• React Native

• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks

Tech Stack:
Python FastAPI React TypeScript LangGraph OpenAI APIs

Ideal background:
Someone from AI infrastructure backend platform engineering developer tooling or autonomous systems not a generic AI engineer.
