Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Support identification of AI and automation opportunities.
- Participate in AI-assisted discovery workshops and requirements gathering.
- Document business requirements process flows and user stories.
- Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities through AI.
- Assist in translating business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.
- Contribute to prototypes proofs of concept and minimum viable solutions.
- Develop and refine prompts for Claude Gemini Copilot and similar platforms.
- Create reusable prompt libraries and AI knowledge assets.
- Collaborate with Product Managers Architects Developers and Data Engineers
- Support AI adoption and change management activities
Critical Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in Business Intelligence Business Analysis Analytics or related disciplines.
- University degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration Data Analytics Artificial Intelligence Engineering or related discipline.
- Relevant AI Analytics Agile or Business Analysis certifications are assets.
- Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes.
- Experience using Generative AI tools.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with Python SQL Power Platform APIs and AI Services.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
