AI Augmented Quality Assurance Analyst II

Analysis Strategy and Testability

• Analyze functional technical and business requirements to identify risks ambiguities and critical scenarios;

• Define testing strategies based on risk business value and feature complexity;

• Collaborate with product and development teams to establish clear and measurable acceptance criteria;

• Recommend improvements to enhance solution testability from the design stage onward;

• Use artificial intelligence tools to accelerate requirements analysis propose test scenarios and improve the quality of analyses while applying critical judgment to the results generated;

• Identify automation opportunities from the earliest stages of development.

Automation and Software Quality

• Design develop maintain and optimize automated tests;

• Contribute to the evolution of automation frameworks;

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines;

• Improve the coverage stability and maintainability of automated tests;

• Identify the scenarios that offer the greatest return on investment for automation;

• Contribute to improving automation best practices;

• Help improve software quality by recommending practices that promote stability and maintainability reduce defects and increase test coverage.

QA Governance and Transformation

• Contribute to the evolution of the teams quality assurance practices by recommending improvements based on observed results identified risks and industry best practices;

• Recommend improvements to quality assurance processes methods and tools;

• Contribute to improving AI-augmented quality assurance practices;

• Share expertise and support the professional development of team members.

Artificial Intelligence

• Use artificial intelligence solutions to improve the efficiency of quality assurance activities;

• Promote the responsible use of artificial intelligence within the team;

• Validate results generated by artificial intelligence tools by applying professional judgment;

• Identify opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence into quality assurance activities;

• Contribute to improving the teams artificial intelligence practices.

Metrics and Continuous Improvement

• Measure and analyze quality metrics such as test coverage automated test stability defect density and validation results;

• Use quality metrics to assess the effectiveness of validation strategies recommend corrective actions and support the continuous improvement of quality assurance practices;

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation and automation processes;

• Participate in the analysis of quality results to reduce risks and improve delivery performance.

Qualifications :

What You Will Bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to Succeed in This Role:

• A bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience;

• A minimum of four to six years of experience in quality assurance and test automation;

• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks CI/CD pipelines and REST APIs;

• Experience designing and executing testing strategies;

• Hands-on experience using generative artificial intelligence tools in software development;

• The ability to positively influence team practices;

• A commitment to professional excellence by keeping your knowledge current sharing your expertise with team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of quality assurance practices;

• An understanding of the business impact of quality assurance activities and the ability to prioritize initiatives based on risk business value and their impact on delivery quality user satisfaction and team performance;

• The ability to apply critical judgment when analyzing risks validating results generated by artificial intelligence and resolving complex problems;

• A high degree of autonomy excellent collaboration skills and the ability to positively influence your teams technical decisions;

• This position requires bilingualism and an excellent command of French as you will work with documentation that is primarily in French and communicate both verbally and in writing with predominantly French-speaking partners clients vendors and colleagues. A good command of English will be considered an asset.
