Your Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans for web and backend applications
- Work on real client products from your first day instead of internal training environments
- Identify document and track bugs across applications and systems
- Build and maintain automated test suites (UI API and integration testing)
- Collaborate with engineers through pair testing and AI-assisted QA workflows
- Use AI tools (Copilot ChatGPT etc.) to:
- Generate test cases and edge scenarios
- Improve test coverage and regression efficiency
- Debug and analyze failures faster
- Test AI-powered and agent-driven features including:
- LLM outputs (accuracy consistency edge cases)
- Multi-step agent workflows and automations
- Context-aware and intelligent user experiences
- Validate systems where outputs are non-deterministic and require probabilistic thinking
- Contribute to building scalable QA systems that combine traditional testing with AI-driven validation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups sprint planning and retrospectives
What You Will Do
