Agile Delivery Manager
Job Summary
You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelitys dynamic working arrangement.
Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026 when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

What Youll Do:
Reporting to the VP Project Governance Office the Agile Delivery Manager is
responsible for mentoring multiple Agile teams and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of products or services using Agile methods.
An Agile Delivery Manager facilitates agile processes like sprints and standups across multiple teams to drive alignment. They also work closely with other roles like Scrum Masters Product Owners and engineering leads with the goal of enabling continuous delivery of valuable increments that delight customers.
How Youll Make an Impact
Coaching Agile Team
- A core responsibility is coaching teams on Agile practices troubleshooting issues and mentoring team members.
- An Agile Delivery Lead serves as an expert Agile coach across several teams.
Enabling Alignment
- An Agile Delivery Lead serves as an expert Agile coach across several teams.
Removing Impediments
- Agile Delivery Leads are empowered to remove impediments. When bottlenecks or roadblocks surface they step in to resolve escalated issues and keep teams productive.
Overseeing End-to-End Flow
- By tracking dependencies and work in progress an Agile Delivery Lead can identify and address bottlenecks in end-to-end flow.
Managing Risks and Tradeoffs
- The Agile Delivery Lead makes tough decisions on priority conflicts and tradeoffs to deliver maximum business value. They mitigate risks that can impede Agile teams.
Reporting and Communication
- The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for developing and communicating consolidated agile portfolio level updates to the Senior Executive Team and other key stakeholder groups.
What You Will Bring:
- Coaching and mentorship skills to guide Agile teams through transformation and optimization.
- Ability to influence without authority and lead through servant leadership.
- Technical expertise includes architecture infrastructure CI/CD pipelines test automation and other modern engineering practices.
- Passion for continuous improvement and ability to optimize delivery workflows.
- Outstanding communication collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of various agile frameworks like Scrum Kanban SAFe and Lean.
- Knowledge of Agile project management tools like Jira.
- High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
What Were Looking For
- University Degree / College or equivalent work experience.
- Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master certification.
- Product Owner Certification.
- 3 years experience working in Agile teams with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
- Certifications such as CSM CSPO or PMI-ACP.
- Leadership experience coordinating multiple teams with diverse skillsets.
- Experience guiding teams through conflict resolution and change.
- Excellent grasp of Agile values principles and practices including experience facilitating events like Sprint Planning standups retrospectives and reviews.
- Financial Services experience; Canadian Securities Course or Canadian Investment Funds Operations Course is an asset.
- Advanced Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master II certification is an asset.

For this role your total rewards include:
- Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: A competitive annual range of $115000 to $152000 based on your experience and qualifications.
- RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment we invest in your future with an RRSP contributionno employee matching required.
