Buckland is looking for anAccounts Receivable AdministratorWhat youll be doingThis position is responsible for providing support to the finance department by managing cash deposits posting cash receipts to customer accounts reconciling accounts and completing other tasks within the Finance department. They will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the companys we can offer youCompetitive salary benefits package and matching retirement planCompensation range: $40000 $60000 annually (subject to experience)A friendly collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional development & ongoing learningA chance to be part of a growing organizationOn-site positionYou will be responsible forComplete bank deposits for Canadian and US enter and reconcile payments received from remittance details from clients as accurate records to support Collections daily cash forecasting to client inquiries and with CARM processes as required and ensure client payments are remitted to Canada Customs statements and reports for internal/ external clients/users as all back-up documentation is received and filed based on internal we need from youBachelors Degree or College Diploma in Finance and/ or Accounting or equivalent job experience.1 years of experience in a A/R role/ Junior financial level or experience in business to business collections not in Microsoft Office products (Excel Word etc.).Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a problem solving and decision-making be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.
