You will

• Handle full-cycle accounting for corporate entities includingconsolidatedand unconsolidatedfinancial statements bank reconciliationspartnership equity reconciliations intercompanyanalysisand GST filings.

• Prepare and analyze working papers andmulti-levelconsolidation schedules for corporate entities ensuring that financial information provided istimelyand relevant for effective decision making

• Research technical accounting issues to support compliance ensuring general ledger correct reflects results.

• Support the year-end audit and ERP system improvement initiatives

• Champion Anthems culture in the spirit of The Anthem Way

• Take on ad-hoc analysis and projects as they come up

You have

• 2-5 years of accounting experience ideally in a complex multi-entity organizationincluding exposure to consolidations and financial reporting

• A CPA designationor working towards a CPA designation ishighlydesirable

• Strong understanding of ASPE;REALpacexperience an asset

• Proficiencyin MS Office

• Real estate industryexperiencean assetincludingprevioususe of Yardi

Salary range:$75000 - $105000 per year based on level and experience (Accountant to experienced Senior Accountant)
