The Account Service Representative will:

• Manage an assigned block of clients delivering consistent and proactive service

• Host employee meetings and training sessions for plan administrators (in-person and virtual)

• Educate plan members and administrators about their group insurance and retirement benefits

• Respond to client inquiries via email phone or meetings with professionalism and care

• Act as a liaison between clients insurance carriers and internal teams

• Build strong trusting relationships with new and existing clients

• Collect and processing documentation accurately and on time

• Identify and implement solutions to maintain a high standard of service

• Ensure service standards are met and tracked regularly

• Travel to client sites including multi-day overnight trips (drivers license and reliable late-model vehicle required)

• Support additional tasks and projects as needed

To be successful as an Account Service Representative with Life Benefit Solutions you will need:

• Experience in group insurance pension/retirement or a related field (preferred not required)

• A passion for delivering excellent client service

• Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in community engagement

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)

• LLQP designation not required but a strong asset

The base salary range for this position is $65000 - $85000 per annum.

This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
