Account Manger Sales

Position SummaryTri Canda Industries Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow an established customer base across Ontario Canada. This is an opportunity for a proven sales professionalor an experienced bioprocess professional ready to transition into salesto take over a strong set of existing accounts while developing new business across the biotechnology and pharmaceutical ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of bioprocess manufacturing and the ability to build trusted customer relationships identify opportunities and provide practical solutions to customer ResponsibilitiesManage retain and grow an established customer base throughout new opportunities within biotechnology pharmaceutical CDMO and related life science across Tri Canadas portfolio including valves pumps gaskets hoses fittings single-use assemblies mixing systems and other bioprocess equipment and relationships with engineering manufacturing operations procurement and other key customer customer processes and identify opportunities where Tri Canada can provide account strategies and maintain a healthy sales with internal technical resources and supplier partners to develop customer accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM achieve sales and profitability technical background and knowledge of bioprocessing and pharmaceutical with stainless steel/reusable and single-use process equipment and ability to build strong relationships and influence decisions within a customer communication presentation and interpersonal mindset with the drive competitiveness and initiative required to develop and win to identify customer needs ask effective questions and translate technical knowledge into ability to work independently manage priorities and take ownership of sales experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong industry experience and demonstrated sales to travel throughout Ontario . This position is also eligible for additional compensation through a sales commission/incentive plan based on performance.
