Altruck sells and supports International Isuzu and Capacity trucks from six locations across Southwestern Ontario. We have ambitious growth plans over the next five years and leasing is central to that plan.

Altruck Idealease Southwestern Ontario (Kitchener-Waterloo/Cambridge/Guelph) Full-time field-based

As a Fleet Leasing Account Executive you become a trusted advisor to fleet owners. You learn how their business runs then build and present a full-service lease or dedicated maintenance solution that saves them time and money. You own your territory your calendar and your results.

Base salary of $80000 to $95000 plus uncapped commission. Expected first-year total compensation: $110000 to $150000.

What youll do:

Build new relationships

• Find and qualify businesses in your territory that run trucks from local contractors to regional distributors focusing on private fleet operators.
• Plan your own prospecting including a focused list of priority accounts youre working to win.
• Keep a healthy pipeline so you have deals closing this quarter and next year.

Solve problems for fleet owners

• Learn each customers operation routes and budget then recommend the right lease or maintenance plan to align with their business and PNL.
• Put together clear proposals that show the operating and financial value in plain numbers.
• Guide each deal from first conversation through negotiation approval and delivery.

Grow and keep your customers

• Stay in regular touch with your customers and be the person they call first.
• Spot chances to add trucks extend contracts or bring in our parts service and rental teams.
• Work with service parts rental and accounting colleagues to fix issues quickly.

Run your business like a business

• Keep forecasts and customer records current in our CRM.
• Help the Idealease General Manager shape the annual plan and 90-day forecast.
• Follow our credit policies and help with account credit engagement if necessary.

You dont need to come from trucking. Well teach you the trucks; were hiring for how you build relationships drive results and approach people.

People who do well here often come from B2B sales or account management in equipment logistics commercial banking insurance construction supply or business services.

What you bring

• 5 years in B2B sales or account management with results you can point to.
• Comfort talking numbers with business owners: cost per kilometer margin total cost of ownership.
• The discipline to plan your own week and follow through.
• A valid drivers license and the ability to travel within your assigned territory.

Nice to have

• Experience with fleets transportation leasing or equipment finance.
• Familiarity with a CRM such as Salesforce.
