Our client is passionate about helping children and families achieve meaningful progress
through evidence-based ABA services. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and
dedicated ABA Instructor Therapists to provide one-on-one therapy in home and school
settings across Scarborough Markham and Pickering.
About The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting
children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental challenges
while working under the guidance of experienced BCBAs and RBAs.
What Youll Do
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA/RBA supervision
Support client goals through evidence-based teaching and behaviour strategies
Collect and record data accurately to monitor client progress
Collaborate with supervisors families and other professionals involved in the
clients care
Foster a positive engaging and supportive learning environment
Coach and educate caregivers on strategies that promote skill development and
generalization
Encourage family involvement during therapy sessions to maximize outcomes
Maintain professional documentation and adhere to company policies and
procedures
Compensation
Starting Rate:
$90.00 per therapy session (3-hour minimum during regular business hours)
$60 per therapy session (2-hour minimum after school hours)
Work Schedule
Weekday session shifts: 9:00 AM 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM 4:00 PM
Minimum 2-hour sessions
Optional:
Weekend session shifts: 9:00 AM 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM 4:00 PM
Minimum 3-hour sessions
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 1 year of ABA therapy experience
Educational and/or clinical background in Applied Behaviour Analysis
Psychology Child & Youth Care Education or a related field
Experience working with children and youth with ASD and developmental or
learning disabilities
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while remaining open to feedback and supervision
Valid Ontario Drivers Licence and reliable access to a vehicle
Current Vulnerable Sector Check
Permanent Resident or legally eligible to work in Ontario
Preferred:
Post-secondary education in a related field
Experience implementing ABA teaching programs in home school or community
settings

Experience and Qualifications: Educational and or Clinical background in applied behavioral analysis Experience implementing ABA teaching strategies with children ASD and learning disabilities. Excellent communication and analytical skills along with strong organizational abilities. Enthusiastic with the ability to connect with children and work successfully within the team. Independent self motivated yet willing to accept guidance and feedback from Supervisors. Valid Drivers License and access to vehicle during working hours. Available to work during the day evenings and optional weekends.
