Location: Oshawa ON (3 days remote)
Structure: Contract 18 months to start
Pay:$95.00 - $100.00 p/h inc. HST

Deliverables

• Lead the architecture solution design and implementation governance of ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) Vulnerability Response (VR) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) capabilities ensuring scalable secure and compliant enterprise solutions.
• Define target-state architectures workflows data models integrations governance controls and platform standards that support cybersecurity risk management compliance and operational objectives.
• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and security ecosystems including vulnerability scanners SIEM/SOAR platforms CMDB asset management systems and enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership architecture reviews roadmap planning implementation oversight release governance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation reporting user experience and risk management effectiveness.

Experience Required

• 8 years of ServiceNow platform experience including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on architecture solution design and implementation oversight for Security Incident Response (SIR) Vulnerability Response (VR) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture application framework data models workflows integrations role-based access controls reporting and enterprise-scale solution design.
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity and risk management domains including security incident lifecycle management vulnerability management risk registers controls issues management policy compliance and exception handling processes.
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with vulnerability scanners SIEM/SOAR platforms CMDBs asset management systems and external applications using REST APIs web services data ingestion normalization and reconciliation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL risk governance security frameworks (NIST ISO 27001) enterprise architecture practices and governance controls with the ability to guide vendors stakeholders and delivery teams through complex implementations.
