The Networks Rotational Program at Bell offers a unique launchpad to shape the future of Canadas most advanced technologies while fast-tracking your leadership career. By joining you will deliver on high-impact transformational projects learn directly from supportive executive mentors and expand your professional network through industry experts and a thriving peer-and-alumni community - all while gaining the hands-on technical and strategic experience needed to excel in your career.
Through this accelerated and immersive 36-month experience you will rotate through different areas within the Networks organization collaborating with cross-functional teams using cutting-edge tools and working with vast amounts of data you will deliver actionable insights manage critical network assets and drive end-to-end solutions that impact key business decisions across Bell.
Our Networks program features key rotations in:
Core Technical
Network Operations
Leadership and Strategy
- Completed or completing a Bachelors or Masters degree (January 2025 - May 2027) in Engineering Computer Science Analytics Business Technology Math Statistics or a related field.
- Under three years of full-time professional experience (excluding internships and part-time work).
- A proven track record of taking initiative and leading others through student societies case competitions volunteer work or academic projects.
- A valid drivers license (or equivalent) may be needed for specific field-based or operational roles.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically MS Excel for data analysis and reporting).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a talent for synthesizing data and identifying trends.
- Familiarity with project and program management methodologies frameworks and tools (e.g. Agile PMP Scrum Kanban Jira).
- Technologically savvy with a strong interest in staying up to date with emerging IT cloud and digital transformation technologies (e.g. RPA AI tools).
Specialized Focus Skills (Depending on Rotational Placement)
- For Core Engineering Rotations: Knowledge of network architecture (wireless wireline TV) routing protocols broadcast data center and/or cloud technologies (containers); familiarity with construction drawings structural analysis building materials and quality standards; proficiency in Teldig and Cognibox (for Access Network Engineering).
- For Operations & Strategy Rotations: Solid understanding of core principles for working with large complex datasets; introductory experienceor a strong desire to learndata tools and programming languages such as SQL Python (object-oriented programming) SAS MicroStrategy Java Kotlin or Objective-C; working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies.
