In this two-year rotational program within Bell Business Markets (BBM) youll contribute to the strategy delivery and optimization of solutions that help enterprise customers achieve their business goals. Through cross-functional rotations youll develop a broad understanding of Bells products services customers and business operations while building experience across multiple disciplines.

• Complete rotations across functions such as Product Management Project Management Operations Marketing Pricing and related business areas.
• Support the development launch and optimization of enterprise products services and customer solutions.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience business performance and growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and support key projects.
• Apply Agile methodologies and best practices to product project and process delivery.
• Build relationships with leaders mentors and industry experts across Bell.

• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in a Commerce Business Administration Business Technology Management or business-related field with no than three years delay between degrees.
• You have less than three years of combined professional experience excluding past internship experiences.

• Data literacy and experience working with complex datasets to identify trends opportunities and performance drivers.
• Digital fluency and interest in emerging technologies including cloud AI digital transformation and enterprise technology trends.
• Familiarity with Agile Lean or project delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Kanban.
• Curiosity continuous learning and a growth mindset with a passion for innovation and improving customer experiences.
