Join Bell Business Markets (BBM) where youll help organizations of all sizes transform the way they connect operate and grow through technology. As part of BBMs organization youll gain exposure to industry-leading solutions spanning connectivity cloud cybersecurity IoT AI and digital transformation. Youll benefit from structured learning hands-on mentorship executive exposure and a strong graduate and alumni network while building the multidisciplinary experience needed to accelerate your career into a high-impact role within Enterprise Solutions.
In this two-year rotational program within Bell Business Markets (BBM) youll contribute to the design delivery and evolution of technology solutions that support Bells enterprise customers. Through cross-functional rotations youll gain practical experience across both technical and business domains while developing a broad understanding of BBMs products services and operations.
- Complete rotations across areas such as AI/ML Cloud Business Intelligence Software Development Product Management and related functions.
- Support the development and delivery of enterprise technology solutions products and services.
- Analyze data and business requirements to identify insights opportunities and recommendations.
- Contribute to transformational initiatives that advance customer experience operational performance and business growth.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to solve complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Apply Agile ways of working to support project execution product delivery and continuous improvement.
- Build relationships with leaders mentors and industry experts across Bell.
- You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in a STEM (science technology engineering and math) or business-related field OR a college/CEGEP diploma or post-grad certificate completed before the program start date and no earlier than three years before your application date.
- You have less than three years of combined professional experience excluding past internship experiences.

- Understanding of data technologies and analytics tools including SQL Hadoop Teradata Oracle Tableau Python or similar platforms.
- Foundational experience with cloud technologies (AWS Azure GCP) and an understanding of AI/ML concepts models and frameworks.
- Knowledge of software development principles programming DevOps practices and CI/CD methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile product or project delivery frameworks and tools such as Jira or Kanban.
- Systems thinking and business acumen with the ability to connect technology solutions to customer and business outcomes.
