About the Program

As a Global Investment Banking Full-Time Analyst youll join the Natural Resources Group where your diverse perspective will help drive innovation for our clients. Youll receive comprehensive training hands-on learning opportunities continuous mentoring and feedback and development opportunities through meaningful projects that challenge you and build your skills. We provide extensive pre-training coursework to build your financial and economic expertise as well as dedicated Series 79 and 63 preparation.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze market data build detailed financial models and prepare client presentations for mergers and acquisitions leveraged buyouts and capital markets advisory
• Participate in client transactionsincluding mergers and acquisitions and capital markets dealsfrom initial pitch through to closing working closely with senior leaders
• Develop innovative solutions to address complex real-world business challenges
• Learn how we support the growth of our clients and communities
• Strengthen your technical skills in corporate finance

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

• Fluency in English (Fluency meansthe ability to easily read write speak and comprehend spoken English)

• Expected graduation date of December 2026 June 2027 from a bachelors or masters program (Masters candidates must complete their degree within two years of receiving a bachelors degree)

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.6 on a 4.0 scale

• Authorization to work in Canada

Preferred Qualification Capabilities and Skills:

• Demonstrated energy and commitment to building a career in investment banking
• Strong analytical accounting finance quantitative and financial modeling skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with senior professionals clients and key stakeholders
• Self-directed highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of adynamic team
• Adaptability flexibility and resilience in fast-paced environments
