Make your mark in Distribution

AIGs North America Distribution team helps connect brokers and clients with AIGs broad portfolio of insurance solutions through strategic relationship management and market engagement. Working across Retail Wholesale Alternative Channels and Client Engagement the team partners with brokers clients underwriters and claims professionals to deliver value and support business growth.

As a Distribution professional youll develop expertise in broker engagement and client relationship management while working closely with brokers clients underwriters and business partners to deliver tailored insurance solutions. This role offers the opportunity to build strong industry relationships drive growth and develop a broad foundation in commercial insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support broker and client relationship management efforts across AIGs North America Distribution organization.
• Partner with brokers clients underwriters and internal teams to understand client needs and connect them with appropriate AIG solutions.
• Assist with broker and client meetings presentations and engagement initiatives that strengthen relationships and support business growth.
• Analyze market and business information to identify trends and opportunities that support distribution strategies.
• Collaborate across Retail Wholesale Alternative Channels and Client Engagement to support coordinated market initiatives.
• Develop knowledge of AIGs commercial insurance products distribution channels and market dynamics while building communication analytical and relationship-management skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Our Early Careers programs are designed for students and recent graduates who are beginning their professional careers generally within one year of completing their degree.

Education Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree to be received no later than June 2027 (unofficial transcript required upon application).

Program Requirements

• Available to start the Program on July 26 2027.
• Analyst positions are in-person opportunities requiring employees to work in the office at least four days per week.

Core Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated analytical problem-solving and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement.
• Preferred majors include Risk Management & Insurance Business Administration Marketing Finance Communications or a related field.

• Excelled inpreviouswork experience.
