- Must reside in Canada and perform all work within Canada

Requirements
PROPOSED RESOURCE
- Minimum 8 years demonstrated experience developing full stack applications withincomplex enterprise environments preferably within government public sector or large-scale organizations.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Computer Science Information Technology or arelated discipline.
- Demonstrated experience designing developing and maintaining cloud-basedapplications using Microsoft Azure including platform-as-a-service (PaaS) services suchas Azure Functions Storage Azure SQL and/or Cosmos DB and implementing event-driven or serverless architectures.
- Demonstrated experience developing modern web applications (back-end)and React/TypeScript (front-end).
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing APIs and system integrationsincluding integration with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or otherCRM/case management systems.
- Demonstrated experience implementing DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines(e.g. GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps) source control using Git and automated testingpractices (unit integration and/or end-to-end).
- Demonstrated experience working within Agile delivery teams collaborating with crossfunctional resources to deliver user-facing digital services.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and maintaining production applications includingtroubleshooting performance optimization and continuous improvement whileapplying secure development practices (authentication authorization and access control).
- Microsoft Azure and/or Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g. Azure Developer Associate)or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain full stack applications
- Develop and enhance web-based partner portal functionality
- Build and maintain integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Develop and support Azure-based services and APIs
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g. stand-ups planning retrospectives)
- Deliver work aligned with established technical and design standards under guidance of the Digital Architect
