Job Summary:
Oversee the entire production process at the NPK Blending Plant ensuring efficiency quality and safety in fertilizer manufacturing. Coordinate production schedules manage resources and lead a team of operators to meet production targets. Optimize processes to reduce waste improve yield and maintain high product quality standards while ensuring compliance with HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan coordinate and supervise daily production activities to meet output targets.
• Manage production staff including scheduling training and performance evaluation.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations.
• Prepare production reports and provide updates to the Plant Manager

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Industrial Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management preferably in the fertilizer chemical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production planning quality control and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
