Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:
Lead the maintenance department to ensure optimal performance and reliability of all NPK plant equipment and infrastructure. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Manage maintenance budgets spare parts inventory and a team of technicians to support uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee the maintenance of all plant equipment including blending machinery conveyors and utilities.
• Manage the maintenance team including scheduling training and performance evaluation.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to reduce downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
• Prepare maintenance reports and budgets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management preferably in the fertilizer chemical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning reliability engineering and HSE standards.
• Excellent leadership problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office.
