Your future team:

You will join the Sales team at ROCKWOOL Bulgaria a dynamic group of sales professionals driving growth in the thermal insulation business for the construction industry within an international environment shaped by our global group structure. We work closely with partners and customers across the market to bring high-performance stone wool solutions to construction projects in a structured and customer-focused way. Together we turn technical expertise into lasting customer relationships and market growth.

What you will be doing:

Were seeking a strategic Regional Specification Sales to establish ROCKWOOL as the preferred insulation solution across Bulgaria. Youll be the bridge between our innovative products and the architects designers and builders who specify them: driving brand adoption and market leadership through trusted relationships and deep technical expertise.

In this role you will:

Build and maintain a strategic network of architects designers main contractors and key influencers across Bulgarias construction sector
Develop ROCKWOOL brand presence by positioning our systems (GBI ETICS FRI HVAC&FP) as the premium choice for sustainable high-performance solutions
Lead sales conversations that analyze project requirements and propose tailored ROCKWOOL solutions for specifications and drawings
Organize and execute high-impact events seminars webinars and promotional activities to engage architects designers energy auditors and industry stakeholders
Manage project pipeline and specifications in CRM tracking all contacts projects meetings and competitive intelligence
Provide comprehensive support including CAD BIM files specification documents and technical training to enable customers to integrate ROCKWOOL solutions seamlessly
Gather and analyze market intelligence on emerging projects competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy
Advocate for ROCKWOOL with industry organizations and local/national authorities to promote our product benefits
Support colleagues on ongoing projects and contribute to competitive product development based on market feedback
Act as a ROCKWOOL ambassador embodying our values and building trust with clients and stakeholders

What you bring:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales architectural specification or related field
Extensive knowledge of architectural specifications and building standards
Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar architectural software
Strong working knowledge of CRM systems
Advanced MS Office Suite proficiency
Strong understanding of ROCKWOOL product portfolio and competing solutions
Ability to develop CAD BIM and specification documentation
Exceptional communication and presentation skills: comfortable presenting to diverse audiences
Open approach: ability to listen understand client needs and propose relevant solutions
Advanced analytical planning and prioritization abilities
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Integrity objectivity and a collaborative team mindset
Initiative and flexibility in a dynamic market
Fluent in Bulgarian and English
Valid drivers license
