Day to day you will be handle customer inquiries via email chat and voice channels provide professional support for pre- and post-purchase questions maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions ensure timely and courteous responses to customer requests collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency and follow company policies and procedures while providing customer support.
