CloserHire is partnering with a leading global professional services company to recruit a Snowflake Data Architect for its Cloud Services team in Sofia Bulgaria. This is an outstanding opportunity to join an international team delivering large-scale data transformation programs for the banking and financial services sector. Youll play a key role in designing enterprise-grade cloud data platforms enabling regulatory compliance modern analytics and data-driven decision-making using cutting-edge cloud technologies.

• Design and implement centralized
• Snowflake data platforms with standardized data models and reusable data products
• Architect end-to-end data pipelines using modern cloud data architectures including
• Bronze Silver and Gold layers
• Develop scalable high-performance and cost-efficient Snowflake solutions
• Integrate data quality metadata and data lineage into enterprise platform designs
• Lead reporting transformation initiatives including legacy system migrations and modern analytics enablement
• Manage business requirements data dependencies and solution delivery throughout transformation programs
• Coordinate testing defect resolution business acceptance go-live readiness and post-implementation support
• Define and implement data quality controls KPIs monitoring and governance standards
• Design reusable data integration services using batch streaming APIs and event-driven architectures
• Ensure secure reliable and auditable data pipelines with robust monitoring and operational support

• Fluent English Proven experience as a Data
• Architect within the banking or financial services sector
• Strong expertise in Snowflake and cloud data architectures (AWS Azure or GCP)
• Experience delivering regulatory data transformation and reporting initiatives including
• BCBS 239 Strong background in enterprise data modeling including Data
• Vault and domain-driven design
• Hands-on experience with modern ELT/ETL technologies such as dbt Azure Data Factory or Databricks
• Experience with data integration technologies including
• APIs Kafka and batch processing
• Strong understanding of data governance metadata management data quality and lineage frameworks Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices for cloud data platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and coordination skills within Agile delivery environments
• Experience with financial data models and enterprise reporting transformation programs is highly desirable
