Now we are looking for a Server Administration Receivability Coordinator to join our team!

Job Description

The Server Administration Recevability Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the acceptance (recevability) process on behalf of the Service and Operations Center (CDS EXP). This includes verifying the compliance completeness and operational readiness of new applications and services before their transition into production.

Working in close collaboration with client stakeholders project managers and technical teams the Server Administration Recevability Coordinator ensures that all technical administrative and contractual requirements are met deadlines are respected and quality standards are maintained. The role also involves process monitoring communication and continuous improvement to optimize service onboarding into production environments.

Responsibilities

Manage the receivability process lifecycle for new applications or services entering the CDS EXP production environment.
Collaborate with the clients acceptance project manager to handle initiation requests and define application context control criteria and go-live schedules.
Maintain continuous communication with client and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and progress tracking.
Plan and oversee technical and administrative checks performed by CDS EXP operations teams.
Ensure full compliance with deadlines operational standards and contractual commitments.
Proactively monitor process progress raise alerts for potential risks and follow up on issues such as incomplete documentation or non-compliance with operational procedures.
Produce clear and concise weekly reports and dashboards on receivability activities and progress.
Coordinate with technical teams to validate operational documentation (runbooks backup procedures monitoring setup access management).
Propose process and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in service acceptance.
Identify potential training or upskilling needs among operations administrators and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Ensure alignment with ITIL Service Transition and Change Management best practices.

Requirements

Good knowledge of IT service management processes (ITIL).

Solid technical understanding of IT production infrastructures.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Solid Excel and reporting skills.

Experience with Business Intelligence (PowerBI)

French (B2 minimum C1 preferred); English B2.

At least 12 years of experience in IT coordination project management or operations environment.

Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).

Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a complex technical context.

Previous exposure to IT infrastructure or Managed Services environment.
