To support our continued growth were looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to help us bring the best tech minds on board and shape the teams that shape the future. As a Senior IT Recruiter youll go far beyond traditional sourcing. Youll be a strategic hiring partner a market expert and a storyteller who brings EPAMs vision to life for each candidate.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior and niche technical roles across the region
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and delivery leaders offer insight not just resumes
• Design and execute data-driven sourcing strategies with a focus on quality diversity and speed
• Use creative sourcing techniques to reach passive talent and uncover hidden gems
• Analyze market dynamics salary benchmarks and competitor activity and adjust your approach accordingly
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience authentic transparent and human
• Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition HR and Employer Branding teams to align efforts and elevate outcomes
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous process improvements

• 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment including at least 1 year in technical/IT roles
• Strong understanding of the tech landscape job families and talent market trends
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles priorities and stakeholders with professionalism and agility
• Confidence to challenge influence and consult with senior stakeholders
• High level of discretion emotional intelligence and communication skills
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Bonus points if youve worked in a fast-paced global environment with complex hiring needs
