Job Summary
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day office administration activities to ensure efficient local operations.
- Act as a trusted local contact for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers helping align their needs with internal stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events exhibitions customer visits and promotional activities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive local initiatives and strengthen brand presence in Bulgaria.
- Support the sales organization with reporting documentation contract administration and process coordination.
- Provide general operational and administrative assistance to the local sales team and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Previous experience in sales administration office management customer support or a related business function.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both customer-facing and internal environments.
- A proactive solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Bulgarian at C2 level and English at B2 level or above.
- Experience supporting marketing activities events or commercial teams would be considered an advantage.
