CloserHire is partnering with a leading player in the gaming support sector looking to recruit a German-speaking Player Support Representative to join a vibrant team in Sofia Bulgaria supporting well-known titles like League of Legends VALORANT Legends of Runeterra and Teamfight Tactics.

• Provide support via chat and ticketing to players experiencing technical gameplay or account-related issues
• Use a player-first approach to handle each case individually and empathetically
• Identify recurring issues and bugs flagging them to the appropriate internal teams
• Collaborate with an international team of fellow gamers to ensure the support environment feels friendly and player-oriented
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions
• Keep up to date with new features and updates across all supported game titles

• Native or fluent in German (C1) and strong command of English (B2 minimum)
• Genuine interest in gaming and player communities
• Ability to approach player concerns with empathy patience and problem-solving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of Player
• Support services or customer service principles
• Detail-oriented and able to follow internal policies and guidelines
• Team player attitude with a proactive mindset
• Availability to work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria Based in Sofia or willing to relocate Nice to Have
• Previous experience in customer support or technical support Experience with Riot
• Games titles (LoL VALORANT etc.)
