The Network Provisioning Engineer is responsible for the design physical assignment of services and updating internal inventory records related to CFA for all services provided globally. These services include DIA IP Transit MPLS VPLS IP/SDWAN/Security services that are on net. They are also responsible for working with technicians on site and/or GTT Clients to turn-up new services perform all testing and documentation of the results of the turn-up.

About the Role

At GTT we operate a global largescale IP network that supports secure connectivity for organizations worldwide- and as a Network Provisioning Engineer you will play a critical role in bringing our IP SDWAN and Security services to life for customers.

You will work in a true ISP environment collaborating with multiple teams to ensure accurate reliable and timely service provisioning while continuously building your technical expertise across vendors and technologies.

What Youll Be Doing

• Provision and modify IP SDWAN and Security services ensuring accuracy and service reliability
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Engineering Operations and Project Management teams to support endtoend service activation
• Troubleshoot issues during service turnup including routing throughput and VPN challenges
• Maintain documentation workflows and provisioning standards contributing to process improvements
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

What Were Looking For

Essential:

• 12 years of experience as a Network Engineer in a support provisioning or operational role
• Solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals
• Handson experience with network devices from multiple vendors (preferably Juniper and/or Cisco)
• Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively

Nice to have:

• Experience in a service provider or ISP environment
• Exposure to SDWAN or security services
