Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global professional services company to recruit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultants (Standard/Senior) for its Enterprise Solutions team in Sofia Bulgaria. This is an exciting opportunity to join an international consulting team delivering large-scale digital transformation projects for global organizations. Youll help customers optimize their finance operations by implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions driving process transformation and supporting enterprise-wide ERP implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the transformation of their finance processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
• Lead workshops to gather business requirements and design future-state finance processes
• Conduct FIT/GAP analyses and align business processes with Dynamics 365 Finance capabilities
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions to meet customer requirements
• Create functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution development and integrations
• Develop and execute functional test scenarios while supporting integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Deliver customer training and create user documentation
• Support financial data migration activities and go-live deployments
• Contribute to change management initiatives and quality assurance throughout ERP implementation projects
• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance capabilities and promote best practices across project teams

Qualifications:

• Fluent English
• Masters degree in Economics Informatics Engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting and/or financial controlling
• Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation or advisory projects
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable
• Fixed Assets and Credit & Collections
• Experience working independently as well as within international project teams
• Strong communication customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310) certification or willingness to obtain it
• Knowledge of Project Operations Budgeting in Dynamics 365 Finance and RCS Globalization Features is an advantage PRINCE2 PMP or other project management certifications are considered a plus Dutch and/or French language skills are an advantage
