Junior Lawyer Legal Counsel

• Provide legal advice and prepare legal documents across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters;
  Lead and support contract negotiations with clients partners and counter parties;
  Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings;
  Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and internal procedures;
  Conduct legal research and analysis to support both internal and client-related matters;
  Collaborate closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve legal and business objectives;
  
  

• Experience in commercial corporate or contractual law;
  Exposure to GDPR and/or M&A matters;
  Previous experience in a law office or as an independent attorney-at-law of at least three (3) years;
  Strong drafting analytical and communication skills;
  Excellent work ethic high level of professionalism proactiveness and attention to detail;
  A client-focused mindset and commitment to outstanding quality;
  Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
  A strong sense of responsibility is considered essential for success in this role;
• Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and responsibility in managing cases and client relationships.
  Registration with the Bar is considered an advantage but is not mandatory;
  Native Bulgarian and fluent English are mandatory.
