About the Role

Would you like to actively shape the future of Atlassians collaboration tools and accompany our customers on their way to optimized and scalable Atlassian environments
To develop and innovate solutions together while inspiring our customers we are looking for:

What You Will Do:

• You support our customers in optimizing and scaling their Atlassian environments and accompany them in the strategic orientation of their collaboration tools.
• Together with the customers you analyse requirements support the development of tailor-made solutions and present them in workshops and technical concepts.
• You support the setup configuration and ongoing optimization of the Atlassian tools and ensure smooth support.
• As a contact person you are available for technical and organizational questions and ensure that our customers projects are successfully implemented.

Qualifications :

What We Are Looking For:

• Expertise: You have completed a university degree or training in the IT area.
• Consulting skills: You are willing to learn to advise customers but also inspire them with your expertise and knowledge that you would build over time.

• Language: You have a very good command of German and English both written and spoken so that you can communicate autonomously.

Nice to Have:

• Customer orientation: You are communicative empathetic and recognize the needs of our customers.

• Willingness to learn: You are motivated to continuously develop yourself and are curious about new technologies and approaches.
• Team spirit and organizational talent:  You work in a structured manner and prioritize your tasks in order to achieve goals together with the team.
