Influencer Partnership Manager – Bulgaria

Job Description:

People Hive is supporting an online casino operator in the search for an Influencer / Partnership Manager for the Bulgaria market.

You will identify onboard and manage local influencers streamers affiliates and content creators to acquire new depositing players. The role combines business development partnership management and campaign optimisation with a strong focus on ROI FTDs and long-term influencer relationships. The client is focused on Instagram.

Critical Requirements

• Experience in influencer affiliate or partnership management
• Strong local influencer network or market knowledge
• Fluent Bulgarian and good English
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset with performance marketing experience
• Ability to work independently remotely

Important Requirements

• Instagram influencer experience

Nice to Have

• Exceptional candidates from an eCommerce background (rather than iGaming/casino) will also be considered

Location: Bulgaria (market-based)

Languages required: Bulgarian (fluent) and English (good)

Working arrangement: Remote

Employment: Full-time under a Services Agreement (SLA)

Salary: 125 per week fixed base plus uncapped performance commission
