Job Title: Icelandic & English-Speaking Solutions Consultant
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (On-site)

Cross Border Talents is hiring an Icelandic-speaking Solutions Consultant on behalf of our partner in Sofia Bulgaria. This is an on-site role ideal for candidates with strong communication skills in both Icelandic and English who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and customer support in an international environment.

• Provide professional support and tailored solutions to customers
• Analyze client needs and deliver effective resolutions
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality
• Ensure accurate documentation of cases and solutions

• Native or fluent level of Icelandic
• Fluent level of English (B2 minimum)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria
• Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail

• Gross salary: 1945/month
