About the Role
As an HVAC Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for the installation maintenance troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning units ventilation systems heating equipment and heat pumps. You will play a key role in ensuring optimal system performance energy efficiency and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Install maintain and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning ventilation heating and heat pump equipment.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues within HVAC systems and related equipment.
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
Handle refrigerants in compliance with applicable regulations and environmental standards.
Ensure efficient operation and energy performance of all HVAC systems.
Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
What Were Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation maintenance repair or related technical fields.
Technical secondary education in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Thermal Engineering HVAC Systems or a similar discipline.
Experience working with air conditioning units ventilation systems heat pumps and heating installations.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
F-Gas Certification (in accordance with EU Regulation 2024/573) or equivalent certification for handling refrigerants.
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Motivated reliable and proactive approach to work.
Fluency in the local language is mandatory.
